Hear your heart beat faster. We use in our kitchen meat exclusively from Germany, fresh fish from the fresh and salt water, which we buy every day at selected suppliers. So far as the season comes all the vegetables and salads from the Nuremberg country.

OUR FRANCONIAN SPECIALTIES
Oven-fresh pork shoulder, alive and fresh carp from September to April, from the friendly game hunters, fresh chanterelles and porcini mushrooms to the season, picking fresh asparagus from late April to 24th June and much more. The red horse is always good for a culinary surprise!
